VDO.Ninja URL templates

Edit the values below and keep the same STREAM_ID and STREAM_PASSWORD on both ends.

Variables to choose:
- STREAM_ID: unique stream name (example: interlink_cam_01)
- STREAM_PASSWORD: optional but recommended (example: tractor-safe-2026)
- CAMERA_DEVICE_ENC: URL-encoded camera name (example: HD%20Pro%20Webcam%20C920)

Notes:
- If videodevice selection fails, remove videodevice=... and pick camera manually once.
- If H.264 has issues on a browser/device, remove codec=h264 and let browser choose.
- Keep control path separate using interlink_probe WAN sender/receiver as currently configured.
